How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer next-day delivery options for orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy for sporting equipment?
You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that rackets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I get my racket restrung before it is dispatched?
Absolutely. We offer a professional restringing service. You can select your preferred string and tension on the product page before adding the racket to your basket.
